From a distance, Omega could be mistaken as a handsome bodybuilder. Closer up, you realize his eyes are mechanical, and he has had augments in his arms and legs at the very least in addition to replacing the fingers and feet for more optimal designs. He wears a stiff jumpsuit with lots of pockets on his torso.

Reason assigned to HMRC: Ran over a little old lady because he had somewhere to be that was more important than the uselessness of her remaining existance. Now determined to prove his superiority over lesser beings by winning all the missions.
